Anglian Home Improvements Competition Terms and Conditions

Details of how to enter form part of these terms and conditions.

1. Entrants must be 18 years or over and may submit only one entry (not on behalf of someone else).
2. All entrants must be home owners.
3. The competition is only open to those living in the United Kingdom (excluding the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Eire and the Isle of Man) and closes on November 9 2009.
4. Employees of Telegraph Media Group Limited and Anglian Home Improvements and associated companies and their relatives are not eligible to enter.
5. The winner must be willing to have his/her name published and to be interviewed and photographed if necessary. No cash alternative will be offered.
6. No cash alternative will be offered.
7. The prize must be accepted as offered and taken within 12 months from the date of notification.
8. The prize value is £10,000. Any costs exceeding £10,000 will be charged to the winner.
9. The prize may only be redeemed against one order at any time.
10. The winner will be responsible for gaining all necessary planning permission and consent.
11. The winner will be notified after the closing date at the address they have given. The decision of the judges is final.
12. Anglian will deliver the first consultation within 28 days of the date of notification unless the winner specifies an alternative date.
